  • Pre-sale Engineering: Gibson assigns a team of professionals to every project, including a Regional Manager, Project Manager, Engineer, and a local surface finishing Distributor. We conduct on-site meetings to understand customer needs and manage the process from the pre-sale stage through delivery.
  • Up-Front Communication: We emphasize two-way communication throughout the production cycle, including providing production schedules. We gather and evaluate performance requirements and specifications to ensure the most efficient machine is specified for the project. In-house engineering accommodates design modification requests and provides CAD models for customer review and approval.
  • gibson-about-meetingTesting and Evaluation: We have an on-site demonstration lab where customers can test sample parts on a variety of machines to evaluate results and confirm the right machine selection. We provide a formal digital documented process to secure parts and manage the testing process, as well as trained technicians who conduct the trials and provide comprehensive reports of the results.
  • Installation and Start-Up: We provide installation and start-up services at the customer’s facility, including initial machine optimization.
  • Post-Installation Support: We have a network of regional surface finishing distributors who act as an extension of Empire to provide local support for ongoing maintenance, expedited delivery of consumables and spare parts, and troubleshooting. We also offer technical service requests.
  • Replacement Parts: Gibson manufactures and supplies original equipment manufacturer (OEM) wheel blast parts for all its product lines. We emphasize the importance of using genuine OEM parts for part integrity, high-quality materials, preventative maintenance, longer wear life, design enhancements, expertise, faster response times, and an OEM-backed guarantee. We also offer quality aftermarket parts for other brands and have an extensive inventory of parts in stock for immediate delivery to minimize machine downtime.
  • Long-Term Partnership: Our approach is centered on building long-term partnerships with customers, with the goal of consistently exceeding their needs for abrasive blast equipment and support. We manage projects through a process driven organization. Once a job is awarded, a Project Manager is assigned with the responsibility of keeping the project on track through installation, communicating regularly with the customer to keep them involved with the progress.
